Dailies Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026. Previous version: September 28, 2026.

Dailies (also called Games Feed; "the app") helps you keep track of daily web games and share what you played with friends. This policy explains what we collect, why, who handles it, and how to delete it. Questions or requests: support@dailieslibrary.com.

In short: we collect only what runs and improves the app, we keep it until you delete your account, we never sell it, share it for advertising, or track you across other companies' apps and websites, and the app is for people 13 and older in the United States.

Who can use Dailies

Dailies is for people 13 years of age or older and is offered in the United States only. When you create an account we ask for your birth year. If you are under 13 we do not create an account. We keep only a record that you confirmed you are 13 or older and the date; we do not keep your birth year.

Without an account

You can browse, play, build your daily feed, and track streaks without signing in. That information (your feed, play history, results you paste, and an optional profile photo) is stored only on your device. We don't receive it, and the usage data described below is not collected until you sign in.

With an account (Sign in with Apple)

Signing in turns on groups, following, reactions, comments and messages. We then store:

What we don't do

Who handles your data (service providers)

These companies process data for us to run the app, under their own terms and only for that purpose:

Game cover images and icons are fetched from each game's public website.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete your account. We don't delete it on a timer.

Deleting your data

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything above (profile, activity, social, usage data, device information, email and consent record, age confirmation) from our servers, disconnects Sign in with Apple, and clears the app's data on your phone. You can also email us to request deletion or a copy of your data. You can remove just your email address, or unsubscribe from email, at any time without deleting your account.

Your rights

If you live in a US state with a privacy law (for example California), you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We don't sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. Email support@dailieslibrary.com from the address on your account or from within the app's support link and we'll respond within 45 days.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored in a managed database. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can reach the data and log access to the admin tools.

Children

Dailies isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above, and for material changes we'll tell you in the app before they take effect for you.
